Professional Headshots
These portraits are designed for nonprofit leaders, executives, artists, and professionals who need images that feel authentic and approachable.
Professional headshots often serve as the first introduction someone has to you. Because of that, the goal is to capture a portrait that reflects personality, confidence, and professionalism.
My approach to professional headshots photography draws from documentary portrait techniques. Instead of stiff poses or artificial expressions, I focus on creating a relaxed environment where people feel comfortable in front of the camera. This allows natural expressions and genuine interactions to emerge.
Many of the headshots in this portfolio were created for nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and arts organizations across Southeastern Pennsylvania. These portraits are frequently used for websites, press releases, speaking engagements, and organizational storytelling.
When needed, professional headshots sessions can take place in offices, conference spaces, studios, or outdoor environments. The goal is always to create a portrait that feels consistent with the individual’s professional identity.
Professional photography standards are often guided by organizations such as the Professional Photographers Association. I also have a list of ethics that I use when guiding you through the retouching process.
Through this professional headshots photography portfolio, I aim to create portraits that feel genuine, confident, and lasting.
